It is always our goal to provide the highest level of satisfaction for all services. We will stand behind our work to continually strive for the highest quality of service. Consultations are of utmost importance to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve with your visit. If you are not satisfied with the end result, we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result. Most modifications needed, will be free of charge. We ask if an adjustment is needed that it be scheduled within 14 days of your initial visit. Not eligible if other adjustments have been made outside our salon.
When reserving specialty services such as Bridal Parties, Brazilian Blow Out, Extensions or any service taking 3 or more hours, a credit card number is required. A 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required, if the client fails to cancel or reschedule they are subject to charge for half the amount of the service.
We do ask that we receive a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. “No-Call,No-Show” appointments may be subject to service charges, and will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card. “No-Call, No-Show” repeats will be charged full scheduled service amount.
We ask that if you are running 15 minutes late, that you call and communicate with guest relations how late you will be and also understand that your appointment is subject to reschedule only if the service provider cannot perform the scheduled services in the remaining time allotment.
Salon Aura of Neenah strives to prescribe the correct home care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange the product for another product.
All make-up sales are final.
